The Cape Horn 23 Cape Bay is a capable, rugged bay boat with a performance-oriented hull, well-thought-out fishing features, and the versatility to handle both shallow water and nearshore conditions comfortably. It cruises efficiently in the 30–40 mph range and can reach mid-50s with a well-powered outboard. Storage, live wells, and fishing-centric design make it ideal for serious anglers who want flexibility without moving into a much larger boat.
